FCC License Testing:

Contact John Laur K5IT for testing information.  Tests are usually offered after each monthly meeting.  Testing is offered through Laurel VEC.

The ARRL offers online study materials.  Many other websites/hams offer study guides for any license level and can be found on the internet or YouTube and are highly recommended to assist you in your preparation.  Order ARRL study guides through ARRL or Amazon.

Recent club programs have included Bike Race Communications training, ARRL ARES information, Basic MultiMeter Use, Crowbar Over-voltage Protection, Field Day Operations, WiresX Info, and other interesting topics related to new developments in amateur radio equipment, operating modes, or safety.

Meeting Location

The Panhandle ARC meets the first Saturday of each month at 9:30 a.m. at 1900 Line Ave, Amarillo, TX, 79102. We cordially invite you to attend our meetings and join our membership!
