You are invited by Lubbock ARES and Patrick Aland KG5ZYP to an introductory session on Winlink. WinLink is a very powerful program with many digital mode capabilities and provides email over radio frequencies. WinLink is used by ARES groups when called upon to assist the American Red Cross and other agencies with emergency communications. If you, as a radio operator, are thinking about being of service in a widespread disaster, you need to know about WinLink.

Winlink Global Radio Email®️ is an all-volunteer project of the Amateur Radio Safety Foundation, Inc. (ARSFI), a non-profit public benefit corporation with no beneficial owners.

If you are in the Amarillo area, you are welcome to attend in person at the Red Cross building, 1800 S. Harrison
Amarillo, TX 79102. Contact Marci KA5IRA for more information.
